The Heights Coffee®

Every bag of The Heights Coffee® tells a story that began long before harvest season. Grown high in the mountains of Costa Rica’s Central Valley, our coffee develops slowly in the cool mountain air, nourished by volcanic soils and surrounded by breathtaking landscapes. Yet this coffee is far more than a carefully cultivated Catuai Rojo grown at over 1,400 meters above sea level. It is the product of a community, of families, of friendships, and of countless moments shared on our farm.

Over the years, guests from around the world have walked among these coffee plants, picked ripe cherries with their own hands, shared conversations by the fire, and discovered that behind every exceptional cup lies a deeply human story. Every bean carries the dedication of the people who care for the land, the attention of those who select each cherry, and the passion of everyone who believes that coffee has the power to bring people together.

Produced with the same commitment to quality that has made Costa Rican coffee famous around the world, The Heights Coffee® delivers a clean, vibrant, and balanced cup with notes of red berries, dark chocolate, and caramel. Its profile reflects the character of our mountains and the care invested in every step of the process, from cultivation to roasting.

But what truly makes this coffee special cannot be measured in tasting notes alone. It lives in the stories shared around our table, in the families who have visited our farm and fallen in love with this place, and in the belief that life’s most meaningful moments are often found in simple things: a beautiful view, a genuine conversation, and a remarkable cup of coffee.

When you open this bag, you are not simply tasting an award-worthy coffee. You are experiencing a small piece of Costa Rica, our mountains, our community, and the people who have helped shape this journey.
